​The apartment

Large family 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in very secure complex. The apartment can sleep up to 6 persons without the use of the sofa bed.

There is a spacious balcony with views of the beach over tram rails. Also similar views from living room/main bedroom etc. 

Furthermore, there is TV/Wi-Fi access and there are ceiling fans in in the living room and the bedrooms. Also, a large fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and clothes line. 

The complex
The complex provides a private and secure garage parking. Also, adult and children’s swimming pools! 

The surroundings
There are local tram service into El Campello and the apartment is only a 5 minutes walk away from the tram stops. It is a 20 minutes walk into El Campello along beach or the sea front prom past restaurants on route. 

Large Supermarket/Coffee shop are a 10 mins walk away.

Alicante Airport is 30 minutes by car. There are local tram/bus to and from Alicante airport to the apartment also.

There are Evangelical English speaking churches* in El Campello and also Benidorm - 30 minutes by tram to Benidorm.
